Techshunya Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates File-R: File Receiver for TV (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App accesses, uses, and handles information when you use the App.
File-R is designed primarily for local file receiving and sharing between compatible devices. The files you choose to receive or share are handled locally for the requested transfer and are not uploaded by File-R to our own servers.
File-R requests certain Android permissions only when they are required for features provided by the App. The exact permissions available to the App may vary depending on your Android version and device.

Where Android provides runtime permission controls, you can grant or deny the applicable permission. Some App features may not work when the corresponding permission is denied.
File-R allows you to receive, send, select, view, play, and manage supported files on compatible devices. The App supports an expanded range of file types, including APK files.
File transfers are intended to take place locally between devices using the connection provided for the transfer. File-R does not upload the contents of files you transfer to a Techshunya Studio (techshunya.com) cloud server.
The App may access locally stored images, videos, and audio only when required for the corresponding features described in this Privacy Policy. We do not use your personal media files for advertising or sell them to third parties.
File-R can receive APK files and provide a way for you to start the Android package installation process. If you choose to install an APK, Android may require you to grant the relevant installation permission or enable the appropriate device setting.
APK installation is user initiated. File-R does not silently or automatically install applications without your action.
File-R uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used, identify usage patterns, and improve the App's functionality and user experience.
Firebase Analytics may automatically process certain technical and usage information, such as an app-instance identifier, app lifecycle and interaction events, and other information depending on the App's configuration. Analytics data is transmitted using encryption in transit.
File-R does not use Firebase Analytics to collect or upload the contents of files that you transfer through the App.
File-R uses Firebase Crashlytics to identify, diagnose, and improve application crashes, errors, and stability problems.
Crashlytics may process technical diagnostic information associated with crashes, such as crash information, device and application information, and diagnostic identifiers generated by the service. This information is used for troubleshooting and improving App stability.
File-R does not use Crashlytics to collect or upload the contents of your personal files, images, videos, or audio files.
File-R displays native advertisements using the Google Mobile Ads SDK provided by Google AdMob. Native advertisements are designed to appear within the App's interface while being identified as advertisements.
Google AdMob and its advertising partners may process certain information to deliver, measure, limit, and improve advertising. Depending on your device settings, consent choices, applicable laws, and the App's configuration, this information may include advertising identifiers, device and app information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostic information, and information about ad interactions.
Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required by applicable law, the App may request your consent before using personal information for personalized advertising. You may also be able to manage advertising personalization through your Android or Google account settings and the controls made available by Google.
Google may process information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable terms. For more information, please review Google's Privacy Policy and Google's information about how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services.
File-R does not use your transferred files, personal images, videos, or audio files as advertising content, and does not upload those files to Techshunya Studio's own servers for advertising purposes.
The current version of File-R does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions to users.
Google Play Billing functionality may be included in the App for planned future purchase or subscription features. No purchase or subscription is required to use the current version of the App.
If paid features are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the applicable Google Play disclosures will be updated as necessary.

These services may process information according to their own privacy practices and applicable terms. The App's use of these services is limited to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Techshunya Studio does not sell personal information or transferred files. File-R does not upload transferred file contents to our own servers.
Information processed by integrated third-party services such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may be processed by those service providers to provide analytics and diagnostic functionality. Such processing is subject to the applicable third-party service terms and privacy practices.
Files received or stored by File-R remain on your device according to your device's storage and your actions. You can delete received files using the available file-management functions or your device's file-management tools.
Analytics and crash diagnostic information may be retained by the respective third-party services according to their applicable retention policies and configuration. File-R does not maintain a separate cloud database containing the files you transfer through the App.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. Data transmitted by integrated Google services such as Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics is encrypted in transit.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using appropriate device, network, and Android security settings when transferring files.
File-R is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App for the purpose of identifying them.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, services, or data practices change. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
